Media Arts

Opportunities for students to develop their interests and skills within the Arts are provided through a wide range of extra-curricular experiences including IceRadio, Arts Leaders, Hitting the High Notes and Film Club.

In addition we seek to provide opportunities for students to experience live theatre and dance at the Floral Pavilion, the Everyman & Playhouse, the Royal Exchange, the Lowry and the Liveprool Empire. There are regular Arts trips for Art and Textiles students to galleries in Manchester and London, the Clothes Show Live in Birmingham. The last two years have seen Fine Art students travel to Venice and Paris for inspiration.
